How do I sign up?
In order for you to view our full collection of exclusive designs you will need to sign up, which is free. Click the ‘Sign Up’ button in the top right corner, and fill in the form to register.
How long will my registration take?
We will aim to approve your registration as soon as we can; usually this will take up to 48 hours. Once approved, you can browse our latest collection. If you have any questions regarding registration, or the website, please email us on: firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I pay for my chosen designs?
By credit/debit card or PayPal. Please email email@example.com if you are having any issues with payment.
In what format do I receive the design? Can I edit the design once I have purchased it?
Our designs are sold as a high resolution, PSD file. They are fully editable and come with all layers where layers are used in their creation. The file size is displayed on the design page, here it also tells you whether the design has been created in repeat.
Can I get a fabric swatch or paper print of my design?
Yes, our designs are all exclusive, and come with a fabric swatch if requested. To request your fabric header, please send your desired delivery address to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What resolution will my design file be?
The high-resolution file will be in a minimum of 200dpi.
Will my design be in repeat?
Our designs come as seen. Each design is clearly marked as to whether it is already in repeat or not. If a repeat is required on a file where the repeat is not already available, we can put the file into repeat for you, for an additional cost. Please contact us.
Can I return a design I have bought?
Designs are not refundable once they have been downloaded. If your purchase proves faulty, you must notify us within 7 days and we will provide a replacement.
